I always qualify any campaign advice I give with "remember: I lost." Something for Rudy to consider. Anyway I'm still thinking Nussle has another campaign in him. With high name ID he can launch a Senate race right up to filing deadline in 2008 (just as Jim Ross Lightweight did in `96) and be an instant prohibitive favorite for the nomination over any third-tier candidates.
